01. Agreement to Terms
By accessing EasternQuantNode.digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Eastern Quant Node provides specialized quant node data and trading analytics intended for professional and educational use. These materials are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
02. Infrastructure Usage
Permitted Access
Users are granted a temporary, non-exclusive license to use our analytical tools for individual research and internal strategy development.
Node Integrity
Users must not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or stress-test the proprietary node infrastructure through automated script attacks.
Under this license, you may not modify the materials, use them for any commercial purpose (except with written consent), or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.
Technical Compliance
Our architecture in Kuala Lumpur 46 is developed to meet rigorous uptime standards. Users interacting with our API or analytics layer are expected to maintain node health standards to ensure fair access for the entire trading community.
03. Intellectual Property
The "Eastern Quant Node" name, logos, and all software, algorithms, and trading signals contained on this website are the intellectual property of Eastern Quant Node.
Unauthorized redistribution of our quant node analytics through signal-copying platforms or secondary publications is strictly prohibited and will be met with immediate legal action to protect our proprietary methodologies.
04. Risk & Compliance Disclosure
High-Risk Warning
Financial trading involves significant risk. The analytics provided are based on historical data and quantitative modeling; however, past performance is never a guarantee of future results. Eastern Quant Node does not act as a financial advisor or custodial broker.
Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions. Any trading executed based on insights derived from our platforms is done at the user's own risk. We strongly recommend consulting with a certified financial planner before deploying significant capital.
05. Liability Limits
In no event shall Eastern Quant Node or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on EasternQuantNode.digital, even if Eastern Quant Node has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
06. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
